Extra Liberty concept
TAMA has developed several kinds of net. The Extra Liberty Net is developed in order to:
- Prevent lace, and to make it easier to plant the bulbs.
- Optimal rooting because of the excellent fitting around the bulb.
- Reduce crop damage during harvesting to zero.
TAMA has managed to achieve this goals by developing a special flower bulbs net. Tama weaves the in between wires and the length wires more loose together. This special net is called Extra Liberty.
- Standard bulbs net has a wire length of 100%.
- Zebra Liberty bulbs net has a wire length of 115%.
- Zebra Extra Liberty bulbs net has a wire length of 135%.
This bulbs net is very elastic in width with all benefits that goes with it. This technique of weaving is patented from 110% and above by TAMA.
TAMA Liberty Extra bulbs net is very suitable for lower- and upper net. Used as lower net, it will certainly follow the subsurface as the net stretches where necessary. This will result in a better rooting and more space for the growing bulbs.
As upper net, the net will stretch sideways, especially with larger sizes if necessary. This does not lace up the nets and provides good soil around the bulb, which again are many advantages. Also during harvest this net will release the bulbs very easily, resulting in minimal or no nose injury. In short, a net that is highly profitable for the user.
