Eco Climate Converter

ArcaZen's Eco Climate Converter (ECC) is a revolutionary patented dehumidifying system for greenhouses. It solves moisture-related problems, reduces the energy costs and reduces the number of pathogens in the air.

The ECC can be compared to an open cooling system. The plant acts as the evaporator, water is the medium and the ECC is the condenser. Energy released by condensation will, depend on your desire, be saved or restored to the greenhouse.

The Eco Climate Converter (ECC)
ECC draws moist air from the greenhouse. The moisture in the air is converted into water and heat. This is achieved because the air is sucked through a salt matrix. In this process, the condensation heat is absorbed, and hot dryair is released to the greenhouse. In this way, energy that is contained in water vapor, is recovered in a sustainable way. This creates an energy savings of up to 70%.

Apart from significant energy savings, the dry air creates a better climate in the greenhouse. This will prevent moisture problems around the crops and higher proceeds can be realized. The dry air prevents condensation on the windows. This means up to 9% more light in the greenhouse. The ECC also cleans and filters the greenhouse air, and does make it possible to limit the use of fungicides.

The greenhouse can remain closed. The air will be dehumidifying by the ECC, so the CO2 dosing with open windows will belong to the past.
